Returns & Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our flavor cartridges and hydration products, Cirkul cannot accept returns on opened or used items. We are committed to your satisfaction and will replace any defective hardware or shipping errors within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Review Eligibility

    Ensure your items are unopened and in their original packaging, or identify if your hardware has a manufacturing defect covered under our limited warranty.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our Sip Support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

  • 3.
    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the items in their original box and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number to ensure fast processing.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement hydration gear.
