How does the Cirkul water bottle work?
Cirkul uses a unique flavor cartridge called a Sip that fits into the lid of our custom bottle. As you drink, water flows from the bottle through the Sip, where it mixes with flavor based on the setting you choose on the dial.
How long does a single flavor cartridge last?
On average, one Sip cartridge will last for about six fill-ups of a 22oz bottle when set to a medium dial setting. Higher settings will consume the flavor more quickly.
Are Cirkul flavors sugar-free and calorie-free?
Yes, most of our flavor lines, including LifeSip and FitSip, are sugar-free and contain zero calories. We use high-quality sweeteners like Sucralose or Stevia depending on the specific blend.
What is your return policy for Sips and bottles?
Due to the consumable nature of our flavor cartridges, we cannot accept returns on opened Sips. However, if you are unsatisfied with your hardware or have a quality issue, please contact our support team within 30 days.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I use Cirkul flavor cartridges with other water bottles?
Cirkul Sips are specifically designed to fit into Cirkul lids. While our lids are compatible with some wide-mouth third-party bottles, we recommend using our official Cirkul bottles for the best leak-proof experience.
